GFI Informatique
Shareholders General Meeting postponed to 21 May 2007


In connection with the transaction planned with Apax Partners and following the recent changes made so that all shareholders will be able to take part in this transaction, the Board of Directors of GFI Informatique has decided to postpone the company’s General Meeting, initially planned on the 11th  May, to the 21st  May 2007

This will enable all shareholders of GFI Informatique to be fully informed on the changes made to the transaction so that they can make their decision on all aspects of the project submitted to their approval on the 21st May.

GFI Informatique’s Board of Directors considers that the projected transaction with Apax Partners is of enormous strategic importance and will enable GFI Informatique to enter a new stage in its development, for the benefit of its clients, employees and shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held on :

Monday 21st  May at 3.00 pm : (shareholders will be received beginning at 2.30 pm)
