Shareholders’ General Meeting postponed to 29 June 2007
The Board of Directors of GFI Informatique, meeting on the 15th May 2007, has decided to postpone the company’s General Meeting, initially planned on the 21st May 2007, to the 29th June.
The Board of Directors considers that this extra time will enable GFI Informatique to analyse all the significant proposals concerning the group, for the benefit of its clients, employees and shareholders. The shareholder assembly will then be able to decide with all relevant information.
The General Meeting will be held on :
Friday 29 June at 9.30 am : shareholders will be received beginning at 9.00 am
