Jacques Tordjman, Chairman and CEO:

“Our group has continued posting good results in the first half of 2006. Our Spanish, Portuguese, Moroccan and Canadian subsidiaries continue to record significant sales and marketing successes due to the quality of our staff and our offering. Our attention remains focused on turning around the Italian subsidiary and on improving the margins of the Adélior and Actif group. We remain confident these trends will continue and in the group’s ability to meet its targets in 2006.”

Turnover

International

Turnover growth at the international level was particularly robust.

The Spanish, Portuguese, Canadian and Moroccan subsidiaries continue to post growth rates in excess of 10%. Our telecommunications business in Spain and Portugal grew significantly. In Canada, the banking and electronic transactions businesses posted robust growth.

During the second quarter, our businesses in Germany confirmed their return to significant organic growth.

The restructuring measures undertaken in Italy are proving effective. However, the group has experienced a number of contract delays, particularly in the public sector. GFI Informatique has intensified its sales and marketing efforts with a view to developing group synergies and contributing further business to this subsidiary. Several material contract negotiations are underway and the Italian subsidiary is expected to break even during the second half.

France

Business was particularly strong in the telecommunications, banking and insurance, and public sectors. We are continuing to sign new, large contracts with, amongst others, France Telecom, PMU, La Mondiale, Airbus, and the Conseil Général des Hauts de Seine, making us confident that business will continue to expand.

The group’s range of software solutions is currently being overhauled, with significant investment in benefits management solutions in particular. Turnover growth in this business has been affected somewhat during the overhaul period.

The Adelior and Actif groups posted increased turnover during the second quarter. The group synergies will help to improve the margins of these units in the second half of the year.

The group has decided to withdraw from a non core equipment resale business. This low-margin activity generated annual turnover in France of around €20 million. The withdrawal will be completed during the second half of 2006.
