Agreement Between GFI Informatique and Conceptum

GFI Informatique and Conceptum announce the signature of an agreement protocol aiming to join their forces in the information sector.

The signed protocol consists of two components:

• The acquisition of assets of the Conceptum organization related to consulting activities, electronic payment and business solution integration;
  
  
• A strategic alliance concerning the following areas: application development and outsourcing computer services consisting of a minority cross-equity investment of GFI Canada and Conceptum.

At the conclusion of this transaction, the activities of over fifty consultants will be pooled with the activities of the current team of GFI Canada.

Growth for GFI

As Jacques Tordjman, President and CEO of the Group GFI Informatique points out: “The acquisition of these assets fits in with our growth strategy and is based on our one-stop-shop approach. It will greatly reinforce our current presence in Canada”.

Launcher for Conceptum

Mr. Gilles Létourneau will manage all activities under the terms of this agreement.
