Quality

In February 2006, GFI obtained AFAQ renewal of its ISO 9001-version 2000 certificate for a period of three years.

Quality is a fundamental principle of the Group's strategy and consists in:

• providing total and lasting satisfaction to customers,
• meeting the requirements and deadlines it has accepted,
• endeavouring to stay ahead of customers' expectations,
• while at the same time respecting legal and regulatory constraints,
• in the best-possible economic conditions,
• within the agreed deadline,
• with a view to ongoing improvement.

GFI Informatique's Quality Management System (called GMS) aims to ensure that processes are efficient and in keeping with market needs. GMS is fully consistent with the policy described above and with version 2000 of the ISO 9001 standard.

The ISO 9001 certification sought from AFAQ is designed to promote this policy of constant improvement outside the company.

The following activities are certified and presented in our AFAQ certificate.
